Product Description

Multi-ply polymer waterproof membrane built to last

The polymer PP/PE waterproof membrane is made by laminating multiple plies of different materials. Its dedicated ageing and weathering resistance layer extends the effective service life of the membrane, making it suitable for long-term wet-area waterproofing.

The membrane bonds securely with many kinds of adhesion. When used on cement-base substrates, the cementations agent easily enters the non-woven felt layer and, after solidification, forms a well-combined bond with the cement — providing permanent durability across the tile system.

Engineered for wet-area waterproofing & tile systems

Non-toxic, flexible, and easy to install — the PP/PE membrane is purpose-built for showers, bathrooms, and any substrate that needs a reliable waterproof layer beneath thin-set ceramic tile or dimension stone.

Non-Toxic & Eco-Friendly

Non toxic, tasteless and environmentally friendly — safe for use in residential bathrooms and interior wet areas.

Aging & Corrosion Resistant

Good aging resistance with anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion performance for a long effective service life.

Flexible & Strong

Excellent flexibility with high tensile strength, anti-puncture performance and root resistance against vegetation.

Fast Installation

Can be applied directly on a wet screed coat to save construction time — easy and fast installation on site.

Shower Liner Application

PP/PE shower liner for bathroom waterproofing

Used as a shower liner beneath the tile finish, the membrane keeps moisture from migrating into the substrate while the PP non-woven face provides a strong mechanical key for thin-set cement adhesives.

  • Walk-in showers & wet rooms
  • Bathroom floors & splash zones
  • Steam rooms & spa areas
  • Balcony & terrace waterproofing
Tile & Stone System

Thin-set ceramic tile & dimension stone substrate

Compliant with ANSI 108A.10, the membrane is engineered as a waterproofing layer underneath thin-set ceramic tile and dimension stone installations — delivering high seam and shear strength even after long-term water immersion.

  • ANSI 108A.10 (USA) compliant
  • Ceramic, porcelain & stone tile
  • Strong cement bond via PP felt
  • Anti-puncture & root resistant

Installation Workflow

Direct application — even on a wet screed coat

The PP/PE membrane is engineered for fast, low-friction installation. It can be laid directly on a wet screed coat, saving curing time on site and shortening the overall tile system schedule.

01 Prepare clean substrate (concrete or wet screed) 02 Apply thin-set / cementations agent 03 Lay PP/PE membrane with PP felt down 04 Press in firmly, overlap seams as required 05 Seal seams and penetrations with tape / collars 06 Apply thin-set and install ceramic tile or stone 07 Cure and commission the finished wet area
